Limits

What a cluster may hold, how many you may keep, and how extraction is counted against your plan.

We store up to 100 clusters per user account. Size of each cluster and data extraction operations are limited by user account values. We count each RegEx match as full record and not matched RegEx as 1/10 record. Limits usage may be reduced by specifying maximal extractable records number while RegEx testing.

The exact numbers depend on the plan - your own are on your profile, and all of them side by side on pricing.

How extraction is counted

• A RegEx that matches counts as one full record.
• A RegEx that does not match still costs a tenth of a record - the page was read either way.
• Setting a maximum number of extractable records while testing an expression keeps a wrong pattern from spending the day's allowance.

Test the expression on a small cluster first. The cost is in pages read, not in matches found, so a pattern that matches nothing across a large cluster is the expensive mistake.
