Languages
PublicWWW is available in eleven languages. Search works the same in all of them: it matches Latin letters, digits and the underscore.
The site in your language
Every language has its own address. The pages, the documentation and the sign-in email are the same everywhere; your account, plan and searches work on all of them.

What a search matches
The index splits the source code of a page into words made of the Latin
letters a-z, the digits 0-9 and the underscore
_. Upper and lower case are the same. Every other character
works like a space: punctuation, accented letters such as é, ü, ñ or ç, and
the letters of other alphabets - Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese,
Japanese, Korean.
- A query written only in other alphabets finds nothing: those characters are not in the index.
- A word with an accented letter breaks at it:
caféis searched ascaf. - Everything written in Latin characters is found as usual - script addresses, tracking IDs, class names, domain names, HTTP headers. In source code that is nearly everything worth searching for.
Finding sites in a language or a country
Look for the Latin markers a page carries about itself: the language in the
<html> tag, the character set, the country domain, or a
service popular in that market.

Country domain and a local service
Country domains are listed on Country domains; every operator is on Operators.
